There's a time when many people don't talk about it, but think about it a lot.
That's when your current job no longer feels secure. Income isn't increasing, the pressure remains the same, and each day feels the same.
It's not because I didn't try.
Because the path I'm currently on doesn't seem to offer anything new.
Between the ages of 30 and 40, the "Start over" Things aren't as simple as they were when we were younger. We can't just try one thing after another. There's no time to make mistakes.
So the question isn't "should we start over?", but rather:

Many people are starting to look for "more stable" jobs. But stability doesn't always mean working in an office or doing familiar work.
There are certain industries that aren't talked about much, but are quietly opening up huge opportunities.
Elderly and sick care sector is one of them.
This isn't a "new" industry. But it's an industry that's changing very rapidly.
The need for childcare is increasing, while families no longer have enough time to provide care themselves as they used to. This has created a very clear gap in society.
And where there's space, there's opportunity.
But this opportunity is not like those "quickie" opportunities.
This is a path that requires serious consideration, but it offers long-term stability in return.
It is noteworthy that the majority of the market today still relies on informal caregivers, often referred to as such. "Nurse with floral patterns".
They may be very dedicated, but they lack proper training. This results in inconsistent quality of care and creates a great need for truly skilled professionals.
And this is the starting point of a new path.
You don't need a medical background. No high degree is required. But you do need to learn the right way and do it right from the start.
