1. Collecting personal information

Personal information is identifying information about you, including but not limited to your name, ID number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, fax number, bank information, credit card information, ethnicity, gender, date of birth, marital status, residency status, educational background, financial status, personal interests, your email address, occupation, your identity in San, your information in San, your occupation, any information about you that you have provided to San in applications, membership applications or any similar applications and/or any information about you that has been or will be collected, stored, used and processed by San over time and including sensitive personal information such as health data, religion or similar beliefs.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF INFORMATION USE

2.1. Scope of information collection:

“Personal Information” means identifying information about a user, including but not limited to name, national identity card number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, fax number, bank information, credit card information, ethnicity, gender, date of birth, marital status, residency status, educational background, financial status, personal interests, user's email address, occupation, user's identifier within San, user's information within San, user's occupation, any information about the user that the user has provided to San in applications, membership applications or any similar applications and/or any information about the user that has been or will be collected, stored, used and processed by San over time and includes sensitive personal information such as health data, religion or similar beliefs.

Providing User's Personal Information is entirely voluntary. However, if a user does not provide San with their Personal Information, San will be unable to process that Personal Information for the Purposes and Additional Purposes outlined below.

If the user is an agent, seller, or service provider, providing the user's Personal Information is mandatory, and failure to provide the user's Personal Information would constitute a violation of laws or legal regulations, and may prevent San from cooperating with the user to provide services or products or to process payments to the user for products or services provided by the user.

In addition to the Personal Information that users directly provide to San, San may collect users' Personal Information from various other sources such as:

Filling out application forms or membership applications or other similar forms; From other publicly available sources such as directories; From San's social media pages, if the user follows, likes, or is a fan of those pages; From credit reporting organizations; When the user interacts and communicates with San at any events or activities; When the user participates in contests organized by San; From various entities or units belonging to San; or Through the use of San's websites, including all websites operated by San and placed under their respective brand names (“Websites”). The user's Personal Information may be collected from the set of cookies used on the Websites.

2.2. General objectives:

To answer user questions, comments, and feedback; to communicate with users for any purpose listed in this Notice; to serve internal management purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and database storage; to serve the purpose of detecting, preventing, and prosecuting crimes; to help San comply with its legal obligations;

2.3. For customers of services provided by San:

To fulfill San's obligations under any agreements entered into with customers; to provide customers with any services they request; to process customer registrations and to provide services to customers; when customers request to download and use the San application (“the Application”), or to process customer requests, to provide the Application to customers and to provide customers with a license to use the Application; to process customer participation in any events, activities, focus groups, research, contests, promotions, polls, surveys or products; to process, manage or verify customer subscriptions to San and to provide customers with follower benefits; to confirm customer orders and process payments related to any products or services requested by customers; to understand and analyze our business as well as customer needs and preferences; To develop, enhance, and provide products and services to meet customer needs; to process product exchanges or returns;

2.4. For customers who are agents, sellers, suppliers, partners, contractors, or service providers:

To serve the purpose of collaborating with customers to provide services or products; to facilitate or allow any inspections that San may require in order to collaborate with customers; to process payments related to any products or services provided by customers; to communicate with customers or with the customer's San.

2.5. Marketing and promotional objectives:

San also uses and processes customer information via post, telephone, SMS, in person, and/or email.

Sending customers alerts, newsletters, updates, mailings, promotional materials, special offers, and greetings for special occasions from San, its partners, sponsors, and advertisers. Notifying and sending invitations to customers about events or activities organized by San, its partners, sponsors, or advertisers. Processing customer registrations for events or activities and communicating with customers about their participation in those events or activities;

Sharing customers' Personal Information among subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint ventures, as well as agents, salespeople, service providers, partners, contractors, and other parties who may contact customers to market their products, services, events, or promotions.

2.6. Information retention period:

Users' personal data will be stored until a cancellation request is received or the user logs in and cancels it themselves. In all other cases, users' personal information will be kept secure on San's servers.

3. PERSONS OR ORGANIZATIONS THAT MAY HAVE ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION

3.1 Transfer of Personal Information

Users' personal information may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed by a jurisdiction outside the user's country, or otherwise, in a country, state, or city where the user is present when using any service provided by San (“Alternative Country”), to San companies located outside the user's country or Alternative Country, and/or when San servers are located outside the user's country or Alternative Country. Users understand and agree that the transfer of User Information out of the user's country or Alternative Country is as described below.

3.2 Disclosure to Third Parties

Users' Personal Information may be transferred, accessed, or disclosed to third parties for Purposes and Additional Purposes. Additionally, San may work with other companies, service providers, or individuals to perform functions on San's behalf, and may therefore provide access to or disclosure of Users' Personal Information to such service providers or third parties. Third parties include, but are not limited to, San.

San's partners, including parties San collaborates with on certain events, programs, and activities; event organizers and sponsors; market research firms; service providers, including IT service providers for infrastructure, software, and development; professional advisors and external auditors, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and consultants; other organizations within San; and government agencies for the enforcement of legal regulations. Personal information may also be shared in connection with business transactions, such as the sale of a branch or division, mergers, consolidations, or asset sales, or, in rare cases, the dissolution of a business.

Subject to any exceptions under the applicable laws of the user's country or the Alternative Country, the user may request access to and/or correction of Personal Information, request restrictions on the processing of the user's Personal Information for Additional Purposes, and/or raise any questions regarding the user's Personal Information by contacting: San Co. In compliance with the laws of the user's country or Alternative Country, San reserves the right to apply a fee for accessing the user's Personal Information within permitted limits.

Regarding access to and/or correction of users' Personal Information, San reserves the right to refuse requests for access to and/or correction of users' Personal Information for legally permissible reasons, such as when the cost of granting the user access does not outweigh the risks to the user's privacy or that of another person.

If users do not want their Personal Information collected via cookies on the Website, they can disable cookies by adjusting their internet browser settings to disable, block, or turn off cookies, by deleting their browsing history, or by clearing the cache from their internet browser.

3.5. Mechanism for resolving complaints and disputes:

When complaints or disputes arise regarding users' personal information, San prioritizes negotiation and mediation between the parties to maintain members' trust in San's service quality and follows these steps:

Step 1:Users can file complaints about issues related to their personal information with San by calling the following number: 2468.448Sending an email to sanpro.vietnam@gmail.com, submitting feedback via Sanpro's official Facebook page, through the San app, and/or other methods that do not violate the law.
Step 2:San's Customer Service department will receive user complaints. Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, San will take specific measures to assist users in resolving the dispute and provide a response within 10 business days.

In cases where the matter is beyond San's ability and authority to resolve, San will request the user to refer the matter to the competent state authority for resolution in accordance with the law.

San respects and strictly adheres to regulations regarding consumer rights protection and the protection of users' personal information. Therefore, San also requests users to respect and comply with this Personal Information Protection Policy and to provide information fully, accurately, in detail, and truthfully. Any fraudulent or deceptive acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others are condemned and will be held fully accountable under the law.

How long does your data last?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and accept any comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

Personal Information of Minors and Other Individuals

If the user is a parent or guardian, please do not allow minors (persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age) under the user's guardianship to submit Personal Information to San. In the event that such Personal Information is provided to San, the user consents to the processing of the minor's Personal Information and the user personally accepts and agrees to be bound by this Notice and is responsible for the minor's actions.

In some instances, users may have provided Personal Information relating to other individuals (e.g., the user's spouse, family members, or friends), and in those instances, the user acts on behalf of and ensures that the user is authorized to provide their Personal Information to San and that the user has given their consent for their Personal Information to be processed and used in the manner described in this Notice.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By interacting with San, using San's services, purchasing products from San, or working with San, users acknowledge that they have read and understood this Notice and agree to and consent to San's use, processing, and transfer of their Personal Information as described in this Notice.

San reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the terms of this Notice at any time by publishing an updated Notice on the Websites. By continuing to interact with San, by continuing to use San's services, purchasing products from San, or by continuing to work with San after this Notice has been amended, updated, or modified, such actions signify the user's acceptance of such amendments, updates, or modifications.

In case of any conflict between the English and other language versions of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

Commitment to protecting customers' personal information.

San Management is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to user rights if it is found that the personal information provided by the user is inaccurate. Through San services, purchasing products from San, or interacting with San, users acknowledge that they have read and understood this Notice and agree to San's use, processing, and transfer of their Personal Information as described in this Notice.
