This Code of Conduct will be changed and updated from time to time and will be communicated through the San App or other communication channels. Continued use of the Guvi app after receiving this notification signifies the partner's agreement to these regulations.

I. CLOTHING, APPEARANCE
Wear the correct company uniform. Keep your clothes and hair neat and tidy. Do not wear shirts that are too tight or too short, or shirts with wide necklines, or white pants. Bring your work tools. Call the client to inform them when you have a job.

II. STAY SAFE AND COMPLY WITH THE LAW
MAINTAIN VALID RECORDS WHILE OPERATIONAL
Ensure the accuracy of your criminal record. You are responsible for updating and resubmitting any expired, revoked, or other documents as requested by San. You must possess a valid driver's license when traveling and other permits that may be required by authorities.

4. Traveling to a guesthouse without a valid driver's license, insurance, or other documents required by the authorities.

ASSAULT, HARASSMENT, OR ABUSE IN ANY FORM IS NOT ACCEPTED.
The following acts are strictly prohibited by law: causing injury, verbal harassment, sexual assault, coercion, murder, kidnapping, and threats. Respect the client's privacy and only discuss matters related to the cleaning service. Do not contact or harass the client after the job is completed for personal reasons. Do not attempt to resolve disputes with the client on your own.

NO VIOLATION OF LAW
Partners may be subject to penalties under applicable law if they commit any illegal acts such as theft, robbery, possession of illegal materials or weapons, or acts of vandalism or damage to any third-party property. Guvi will cooperate closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.

COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC LAWS
Violating traffic laws or driving carelessly can endanger other road users. This includes adhering to speed limits, following road signs and traffic lights, and ensuring you wear a helmet correctly when visiting clients.
