• Flexible shifts (day/night)

4) Income and payment methods

• Night shift (sleeping/on duty at the hospital): 40,000 – 45,000 VND/hour
• Daytime shifts (at home or in the hospital): 55,000 – 70,000 VND/hour
• Payment is made immediately after the shift.
• Have performance-based bonuses
• Have support policies For nurses who encounter difficulties after working for a sufficient period of time.

• Communication skills with patients, their families, and healthcare staff
• Knowledge psychology of the elderly, handling the situation, calming the nerves
• How to record and hand over information according to a standard checklist.

6) Job description according to checklist (for reference)

Depending on the shift, nurses will perform appropriate tasks, including:

• Personal hygiene support: wiping/bathing in bed, changing clothes, brushing teeth, brushing hair, basic skincare.
• Nutrition supportPrepare simple meals according to family/hospital guidelines, remind children to eat on time, assist with feeding (when needed), and record eating habits.
• Transportation and living assistanceAssisting patients in sitting up/standing up/walking within a permissible range, assisting with toileting, and ensuring safety during movement.
• Clean the care area.Keep the patient's bedside/room tidy, arrange belongings neatly, and assist with changing bed linens as needed.
• Monitoring and recordingRecord the general condition and immediately report any unusual signs to family members/MODs/SAN contact persons as per regulations.
• Emotional support: Engage in gentle conversation, listen attentively, reassure, and create a sense of safety and respect for the patient/elderly.
