• The address where you request our cleaning staff to come must match the Head Office OR a legally operating branch office based on your registered Tax Identification Number.

• How to schedule an appointment: Please download the SAN app (on the App Store or Google Play) and log in using your registered phone number to book a cleaning service.
• Cost regulations: When booking through the app, please set the default cleaning time to 2 hours (or use the SAN NOW service – the 2 hours are calculated from the time the staff starts working). The system will automatically calculate the total cleaning time required based on the actual office area you have selected. The voucher will automatically deduct the first 2 hours of cleaning time. If the office area is large and requires more than 2 hours of cleaning, please pay the additional cost (clearly displayed on the app before finalizing the order).
